Web search
Timely check, handling and sorting of mails in shared mailbox
Follow-up corporate processes, standards and procedure
about you
Good written and spoken English and French Language is a must
Good Customer Relationship Management skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to work in teams
Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.
Ability to work under pressure & multi-task, using a team approach to solve problem when appropriate
Results oriented and problem solving skills.
Need a willingness to learn and expand knowledge
IT Proficient: MS Office Software Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
Typing accuracy and speed
Familiar with search engines
Familiar with the usage of digital map for searches.
Ability to work autonomously with little or no supervision
