Orange Group's Shared Services Center is looking for a colleague in its Romanian team to contribute and operate successfully CS core network platforms. The solutions we are providing are being used within Orange Group by multiple countries. You will be part of a young and dynamic organization together with network and service engineers, database, network and security experts, service and project managers. As a CS Core Network Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality of service on core networking associated to mobile or fix infrastructure within a Business Unit. You will also ensure that incident and change management processes are well performed within the agreed targets.

What you will be doing:
* Quick incidents analyze and solving on CS core platforms 
* Accepting TT's related to CS platforms from L1 and troubleshooting the fault for Closure 
* Provide action plan, On Line Support to L1 as and when required 
* Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of the network 
* work orders execution and create/execute scheduled work 
* find solution to solve/prevent incidents on CS core platforms 
* take part to audits and offer requested details 
* launch in production new CS platforms or introduce new functionalities on existing platforms 
* follow work procedures related to activities/responsibilities from CS area 
* validation from operational view (monitoring, operating procedures) of new CS core platforms 
* create reports regarding CS platforms KPI and incident reports 
* Participation to 24*7 on call duties

What are we looking for:
* Technical studies (Telecom or Automatics) 
* Previous experience in telecom 
* Basic knowledge of core networks mobile or fix technologies 
* Basic knowledge of telecom protocols, architectures and IP based technologies 
* Solid knowledge in Unix operating systems and database (nice to have) 
* Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance specific processes (nice to have) 
* Fluent English and knowledge of Spanish
