about the role

Inside this scope he then has for main objectives :

1. follow-up and report activities of cloud coaches inside this scope : pre-sales, services delivery, customer follow-ups, customer billing,

2. ensure that processes and best practices are followed, and customer satisfaction reached

3. to be source of recommendations and continuous improvement with a proactive approach, in order to improve performance, quality, and economic profitability

4. To delivier coaching session with our customer to better understand our product.

5. to plan a key role in migration of projects.

6. To be our ambassador to sell our products to our clients.

about you

Good knowledge on Firewall, Hosting and/or network environment
- Excellent Knowledge on Unix/Linux OS and windows
- Excellent Knowledge on Extranet/Internet protocols, Proxy
- Good knowledge on Network system(TCP-IP, SMTP/POP, DNS, etc..)
- Should have at least 2 years of experience on IT management
- Proven working experience in Operating Systems – Windows/Linux/Redhat
- Knowledge on BEA Weblogic, Symantec Cluster, Clustering, Cisco, FW, Routing, VLAN
- Knowledge of Application Servers (Apache and n-tier architecture)
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MY SQL, SQL Server), monitoring tools (Patrol) and backup solutions
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix (an added advantage)
- Knowledge on VmWare/VSphere environment (an added advantage)
- Knowledge of Cloud technology (an added advantage)

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- University degree in IT/Computer Sciences with 3-4 years in an Extranet/Internet environment
- Ability to work within a team with good team spirit
- Ability to work remotely and with different teams located outside Mauritius
- Ability to build relationships with IT CSM, clients and teams located outside Mauritius namely in France, Egypt and Rio.
- Good interpersonal and team-build
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Good IT/communications background and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple tasks
- Good Analysis Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
