about the role

Define service management tools needs (especially proactive service monitoring), participates to Service internal pilot phases
Make sure that instruction, support chains, service management tools (including Monitoring), trainings are delivered in time to Run teams before commercial service launch (T3 phase of TTM projects)
Monitoring Engineering: Contribute to Proactive Service monitoring need definition
Specify and implement proactive service monitoring tools when needed (include test lines/applications installation)
Ensures smooth integration of new proactive service alarms into service monitoring systems
Contributes to internal service management tool adaptations ( or development) made necessary for operational BSMC/iSMC staff and, by extension,
Take full ownership of new service integration
Maintain an up-to-date “to do” list of actions, based on user needs.

about you

Minimum one Year relavant expierence.
Linux/Unix knowledge
Good SQL, mySQL, knowledge with hands on experience
Dynamic HTML language, php, perl, SharePoint,
webservice, xml
Testing Tools e.g. Quality Center will be preferred.
Team working
Good Time management skills
