are looking for a candidate who will successfully perform the necessary after

sales operations according to Orange Romania after sales policy.

We will be

delighted if you have:


- good knowledge of English

- experience in logistics,

after sales, service activity - minimum 1 year

- good knowledge of MS Office

-

good communication skills

- intuitive organizational awareness

- rigorous

planning

- awareness of standards and regulations

- University degree

Responsibilities:

-Implement

and execute relevant operations for handsets and MOC unlocking according to

internal procedures -Performs relevant operations in order to collect from the

service subcontractor defective spare parts and swap units in order to be

delivered to Suppliers - 100% accuracy of spare parts receiving according to

Supplier's list -Performs all relevant operations according to DOA procedures

with handset Suppliers - implement monthly DOA reporting / shipping schedule as

agreed with Suppliers

-Participate at Finance Dept request to physical inventory

activities at Orange Service Center - 100% counting accuracy of the products

-Participate at claims solving requests for handsets sold through ORO sales

channels

-Prepare specific repair reports according to contractual clauses

agreed with Suppliers -100% compliance with reporting schedule and conditions

-Prepare and update specific spare parts consumption and swap stock reports for

handsets repaired at Orange Service Center - 100% reports accuracy
