Provide L2/L3 Support on infrastructure services with in 24 X 7 support team and Participate to the Worldwide Customers implementations and operations.
Point of contact within 24 X 7 Infrastructure NOC team in Orange Business Services, for all network service related issues.
Coordinate customer requested IP changes:
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all Orange Business Services products, services, and solution sets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the tools, systems, and processes required to provide quality customer support.
Strong knowledge on Cisco Routing and switching(Data center), also having experience on Juniper switches and routers.
Good level of ITIL processes specially incident and change management life cycle.
Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Should be a team player
Bachlore Digree or M.C.A and having Cisco Certifications (CCNA), Virtualization
