Member of an expert services team who is responsible for delivering a quality solution in a timely manner, on budget and to a client*s satisfaction. Responsible for delivering a set of services and key deliverables that match customer specifications. Key responsibilities include the development, testing, and launching of marketing programs.

Senior consulting member of the Expert Services team who provides expert services both as an individual and a team member. Takes direction from senior team members and management to ensure quality marketing deliverables for Oracle customers. Has advanced subject matter expertise in marketing programs and campaigns. Has the ability to develop, coordinate, test, and launch standard/advanced interactive marketing programs using the Oracle Marketing platform for on-time, on-budget, and error free project deliverables. Takes an active role in guiding junior team members and leading projects. Can actively manage and resolve customer escalation, project scope issues, and technical challenges. Reviews project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices, or scope production specifications for custom projects.

5+ Years of professional experience. 1-2 Years of email coding experience. Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT 1.0, and JavaScript. Understanding of email design and copywriting. Previous experience interacting with client/customer base.

Qualifications :

As part of the Sales Support Office, the Services Sales Support Manager will act as a key member of the team who is responsible for the management of the Sales Support Office process.

The Sales Support Office delivers the following functions:

·  provide recommendations of standard service offerings (SKUs)
·  scope custom projects via Subject Matter Experts (Scope SMEs) through to contract signature and handover to a Project Manager ready for service delivery
·  manage sales incentive requests ensuring swift payment on services
·  coordination of services sales related meetings
·  services sales opportunity management
·  supply services RFP responses
·  provide knowledgebase of commonly asked questions and RFP responses

This is a non-billable role which is approximately 75% internal facing and 25% customer/prospect facing.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Service Sales Support Manager, your success will be measured on the quality, successful output and the ability to support our Sales organisation in closing services deals. This includes:

·  Managing inbound requests from Sales, add into central system, respond as appropriate and work with Subject Matter Expert (Scope SME) as necessary
·  Ensuring the central system is updated to show accurate status of requests to feed into the sales forecast
·  Coordinating the setting up of scoping and sales support meetings where necessary
·  Monitoring requests to ensure action is being taken and chasing as necessary
·  Working with the Bid Manager in order to produce custom ordering documents ready for signature
·  Responsible for feeding into the Services Forecast at least weekly
·  For all deals, ensure Team Managers and Resourcing Team are kept up to date for forecasting/planning purposes
·  Constantly reviewing processes to ensure efficiency
·  Maintaining services sales knowledgebase
