Job description

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.

Job duties are varied and complex that need independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.

Job Description:

The Project Manager position, within the Professional Services Practice PMO is to provide support to the PMO Lead and the worldwide Project Management team in the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of the Project Management methodology, process and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management Skills Training & Development

·  Focuses on building the project management capability and competency of the organization
·  Assists in education of regional employees on project management methodologies and practices used by the organization
·  Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of NetSuite.

Processes, Methodology & Tools:

·  Supports Project Management processes, methods, procedures – including the development of templates, artifacts and other tools
·  Supports project delivery methodologies across the company
·  Supports adoption and use of process, methodology and tools across the practice
·  Demonstrates understanding of business principles and project management methodologies to advance continuous improvement of operations effectiveness and scale

Project Metrics, Reporting & Governance:

·  Performs data capture, analysis, and reporting on project portfolio performance
·  Monitors and communicates project metrics through reporting and project dashboards to enhance consistency and quality of project delivery
·  Administers project audits and ensures accountability through periodic reviews of project and/or portfolio performance

Preferred Qualifications include:

·  2+ years project management experience
·  Formal project management training
·  Mastery of Microsoft Office products
·  Excellent understanding of project management principles, industry best practices and standards
·  Understanding of professional services delivery and cross-functional/matrix delivery structures
·  Consulting experience a definite asset
·  Experience with software in a SaaS environment
