Job description

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.

Qualifications :

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of program management services for customers in the OMC APAC Consulting Services team. We are particularly looking for someone that has experience in the digital marketing space; this may be from agency, other cloud marketing solutions provider or any other relevant field – so long as your experience is evident.

You will own the creation and updating or relevant project documentation, including project plans, status updates and project cost estimates.

As a Project Manager you will learn quickly and will need to be able to pick up key competencies within a short timeline. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of automated cross-channel marketing solutions – across both B2C and B2B platforms – for some of Australia's largest and most sophisticated marketers and brands.

You will have past experience delivering marketing programs and campaigns, and be able to use this experience to develop, coordinate, test and launch complex interactive marketing programs using the Oracle Marketing Cloud platforms.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Member of a project management team who is responsible for delivering a quality solution in a timely manner, on budget and to a client's satisfaction.

• Has the ability to oversee the design, development, testing and deployment of complex cross-channel marketing campaigns and programs using Oracle Marketing platforms.

• Can actively manage and resolve customer escalation, project scope issues, and technical challenges.

• Reviews project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices.

• Understands customer requirements and helps translate them into project deliverables and milestones.

• Responsible for customer project governance, stewardship, financial management and project planning.

• Owns the creation and updating of relevant project documentation including:

Customer Project Plan

Change Management Process

Project Budget

Project Status Reporting

Project Schedules & Meeting Logistics

• Manages successful project closure and hand-off processes.

• Other tasks as required.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING

• 2+ years relevant experience with digital production of marketing campaigns, program and content – for global brands and customers.

• Passion for digital media and marketing automation, with strong knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.

• Proven ability to be a team player and work with teams to deliver complex, fast-paced and high-volume digital campaigns and programs of work.

• Proficient skills and experience developing and overseeing production management processes to drive quality, recovery and commercial success.

• Strong understanding of cloud marketing automation.

Experience with relevant automated cross-channel marketing platforms is highly regarded, but not necessary (e.g. Responsys, Eloqua).

• Experience with budget and finance management.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with clients and internal staff.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
