An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Job Description

·  As an Oracle Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onsite client projects which will involve Oracle Fusion Applications implementations, Roll-out, Product Development and/or Support.
·  You will be interacting with client to understand their business processes and map them to the Oracle Applications module Products suite.
·  You should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps.
·  You will be responsible for successful implementation of the solution at the customer site. Could be involved in System testing, Business Object testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing.

Expected Profile

·  Overall experience of 8-14 Years with 5+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in any one of the Oracle Distribution Module, Mainly Order Management.
·  Fusion OM, Inv, PO and/or Fusion Manufacturing expertise is must.
·  Hands on experience in Implementing Oracle Applications Modules
·  Minimum 2 End to End Implementation experience
·  Solutioning capabilities in Oracle Applications
·  Should have the respective domain (preferably manufacturing/ Automobile/process/oil &Gas/Mining industry) experience.
·  Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/ Long term assignments.

·  Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.
