Job description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Job description – CX Consultant

Working as an integral part of a project team, the Oracle CX Consultant will provide solid functional and technical skills in the implementation of Oracle CX Applications, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries and clients. You'll be a self-starter, capable of managing individual work packages from initial understanding to successful adoption by clients. You will also be capable of leading UK delivery in the Oracle Applications space when necessary, and have a proven track record of consistently excellent delivery. You will embrace and champion Oracle True Cloud Method TM (TCM) to deliver successfully, focused on customer success and end-user adoption.

Recognised as an expert and able to contribute to design, configuration and testing in a delivery capacity using Oracle CX Products the applicant will have the opportunity to work on multiple CX implementations in the UK.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

·  A proven track record of end-to-end delivery in the Oracle CX space.
·  Minimum 3 years experience with Oracle CX Applications across at least 3 full project life-cycles
·  A detailed knowledge of at least one CX Application (e.g. Service Cloud, Field Service, OPA, Sales Cloud, CPQ or Knowledge Advanced) to understand the customer's needs, and to advise customers on the implementation and integration the Oracle CX applications with reference to best practice, maximizing use of out-of-the box applications
·  Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, preparing and delivering briefings and presentations for project teams, management and customers as appropriate
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Good stakeholder management
·  Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
·  Professional presentation
·  Able to work autonomously with minor supervision and as a member of a team
·  Full travel mobility within UK
