Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant to work on the Functional consulting team within Oracle NetSuite Professional Services. This position requires heavy interaction with customers, NetSuite implementation teams, and NetSuite partners. This individual will be a part of the team that assists customers with implementing NetSuite.

Responsibilities include:

· Gather and document customer business requirements

· Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements

· Architect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical components

· Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite

· Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations

· Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members

· Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery

· Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets

· Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

Preferred Qualifications include:

· 5+ years of overall relevant professional experience, including ideally 2+ years of NetSuite ERP package solution implementations. NOTE - competing vendor solution experience may be considered.

· TRAVEL: 25%

· Broad industry vertical experience, including any or all of the following sectors: financial services, energy, environmental services, transportation/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, and telecommunications.

· Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations

· Project team leadership experience

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to guide customer based on leading practices

· Finance/accounting background a plus

· Manufacturing or Services or Wholesale Distribution vertical solution experience a plus

· Consulting experience a plus

· NetSuite product certification a plus
