Job description

First contact for prospects of Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.

Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.

0-2 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services. Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products a plus but not necessary. Professional demeanor. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Development Representatives are responsible for generating leads for the Oracle Dyn sales force.

· Initial contact for prospects of Oracle Dyn business via inbound calls, marketing campaigns and self-generated leads.

· Qualifying prospects and producing quality leads for the Oracle Dyn Sales Force.

· Analyzing prospective customer needs, understanding business processes and requirements in order to qualify prospects and produce quality leads



Experience/qualifications:

· Self-motivated graduate-level individual with up to 2 years work experience, ideally in a sales environment with a technology related organisation

· Goal oriented with a natural flair for sales

· Excellent customer facing skills in a professional (ideally B2B) environment

· Desire to work in the tech industry, ideally with some understanding of technical concepts

· Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment

· Must be eligible to work in the UK and be based in the Oracle Dyn office in Brighton
