Engineering Planning and Management, Inc. (EPM) is located Framingham, MA (20 miles west of Boston) with offices in Cary, NC. EPM is a multi-discipline engineering consulting firm that was established over 30 years ago to help nuclear plants achieve compliance with complex regulatory issues. EPM has been a constant provider of services related to nuclear plant engineering programs since that time. EPM is an innovative leader in the area of fire protection and supports clients in nearly all commercial, residential and industrial markets with a concentration in the nuclear power industry.
The ONET Group offers a job opportunity through a V.I.E contract to join one of its most attractive subsidiaries in an exciting and dynamic environment. EPM currently is looking for a fire safety engineer in its Framingham, MA location.
Poste et missions:
- Experience in fire safety consulting, fire modelling, engineering equivalency evaluations, and / or compliance with fire protection regulations is preferred.
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently as well as contribute to team efforts.
- Position fully integrated within our EPM subsidiary
- Preferred technical interface with the French teams of Onet Technologies for international projects involving EPM
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and French.
Profil:
- Master degree in fire protection engineering or industrial risks management
- Willingness and ability to integrate a US team, learn US-based regulations and methodologies
- Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant, which will require passing background checks, psychological examinations, and drug screening
- Willingness to travel.
- Permanent Residency is required
