Properties are featured on a number of online travel sites, including Booking.com, Expedia and Homeaway to name a few. Our team develops relationships with these partners and ensures that our homes are accurately represented online.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure content accuracy for each online distribution channel by closely reviewing and updating the quality of home listings
- Day-to-day communications and problem solving with partner sites and channel manager
- Upload new listings on partner site systems by uploading photos and text descriptions for newly added listings to the portfolio
- Revise existing content descriptions and maintain accuracy and consistency across all partner sites by individually updating each listing on each partner site
- Invoice reconciliations: ensure accurate calculation of fees for invoicing purposes, and making sure that our records match the partner site financial records
- Working closely with Tech team to ensure that our integration with partners is running smoothly, and troubleshoot if things go wrong
- Working with Sales & Services teams to ensure customer expectations are set correctly and met during their stay
- Support the team manager with ad-hoc problem solving, analyses and research
Profil recherché
A good degree from a great university, or equivalent interesting experience
You're efficient, accurate, and demand excellence
You're highly analytical with a keen commercial focus
You have a natural drive to succeed
You have awesome communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
You're a confident relationship-builder
You have a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude and willingness to muck-in with the team
Good use of excel (creation of pivot tables, filters, formulas, graphs) is a must
