Oncall Interpreters and Translators is one of the largest language service providers in the world, with offices in Australia, Brussels, London and Argentina. With over 30 years’ experience providing high quality language services, Oncall works with a number of private and public sector organisations across the globe.

We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in London in order to support the development of Oncall’s recruitment strategy and process to increase the team of freelance interpreters and translators we work with regarding all branches of our company (Europe, Latin America, Australia), which will support our continued growth within the global market.

• Support the recruiting strategy in line with client language requirements and internal strategies. Manage all the necessary steps to be able to attend to all procurement needs, both urgent and non-urgent requests, for all languages combination, specialisation and budget requirements.

• Prepare job advertisements. Placing advertisements on appropriate industry websites, as well as leveraging social media and online CV databases.

• Negotiate with linguists to agree rates within agreed budgets.

• Reviewing, updating and maintaining our project management system’s data bases with updated and reliable information.

The potential start date of this internship would be February 2017.

Desired profile

A degree in interpreting, translation, business, marketing, social sciences or an equivalent degree

Qualification as a translator/interpreter is desirable
