Country Account Manager
We are growing and we are seeking a Country Account Manager in London. We are interested in candidates that are looking to start or continue their career in sales. The ideal candidate is someone that is either starting or has just started a career in sales who is very eager and energetic to succeed and grow fast through a sales organization. The position does not require previous sales experience but does require someone very coachable with a high aptitude to learn many things well and fast. The main emphasis of duties in this position will be on cold calling and prospecting as well as handling incoming leads and closing deals for the United Kingdom. With success in these initial tasks, candidates will climb rapidly through our sales organization to manage more complex situations and deals. Candidates hired for this position will be mentored by and report directly to the European Head Office in Paris. Quotas will be established and must be met or exceeded. Additionally, this person will be required to manage their customer relationships including determining potential and current customers’ critical business needs as it relates to Office Gemini’s products and services.
Profil:
- Business School Graduate
- Previous sales experience is not required
- Ability to learn and use software systems such as CRM for tracking sales activity & pipeline
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and perform software presentations as well as presentations of the company service offerings
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Ability to speak and write another European language is a plus.
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly
- PC literate – Needs to be above average considering the field we are in
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high intensity, pressure packed environment
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming sales leads for your region.
- Make cold calls daily to generate new leads for your region.
- Responsible for direct sales to end users in your region.
- Responsible for reseller recruitment to sell our products in your region.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing resellers in your region.
- Perform live online demos of our software products for end users and resellers.
- Write and create proposals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
