Job description

This role is a great opportunity to get involved with an exciting company specialising in lifestyle and self-improvement online learning. OfCourse launched in April 2015 and is fast becoming the leading online learning platform in the UK.
We are looking for a personable and hardworking individual to join the CRM team. This role will primarily involve planning and building daily email campaigns to send to our database, promoting our online courses. You will also be involved with creating automated & transactional emails that will be sent to users, once they have signed up to OfCourse.
Not only do we expect great energy when it comes to the content side of the company, but we are also looking for someone that will embrace the start-up experience. Therefore, the successful candidate will be open to working on all areas of the platform, i.e. Marketing, course building, affiliate work and customer service.

Job Roles
As a CRM team intern, you will be responsible for the following:
• Planning and building daily email campaigns
• Coming up with creative ideas to maximise sales through our promotional email campaigns
• Uploading course content to daily promotional email campaigns
• Planning and building automated emails for users that sign up to our platform
• Building transactional emails for users that have purchased courses
• Keeping track of CRM performance.

• High Level of written and verbal English
