Job Description

To provide support for key ISL business and quality processes, from within the ISL Quality Assurance function. Initiating and implementing continuous improvement in ISL quality and business processes, in conjunction with others

- Act as GMP Document Administrator, TEDI, Testing Monographs, SOPs
- Act as Archive Administrator – manage and co-ordinate all ISL archiving both on and offsite, liaise with external vendor to ensure all documentation is stored correctly and timely retrieval as required
- Act as site point of contact for Purchasing /Accounts departments, managing Annual Lab Consumables Budget (report estimated spend per vendor, liaise with finance & monitor on a monthly basis), managing and co-ordinating all purchasing in ISL, including creation of Purchase Orders in Maximo, reconciling monthly P-Card report of all purchases
- Manage and co-ordinate on site Vendor Managed Inventory Systems (VMIs) liaise with purchasing department – attend quarterly review meetings, assist in generation of KPIs
- Co-ordinate all Work Orders for ISL
- Lead Quality related projects such as implementation of the new ESOPs software for SOP management

- Preferably science graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent education with experience in a laboratory environment
