• Act as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm internally and with external customers and agencies.
• Lead the creation of the brand plan, identifying growth opportunities and developing strategic imperatives to get the right drug to the right patient at the right time.
• Execute brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify market insights from customer interactions, market research, competitive intelligence and understanding of disease areas.
• Lead customer initiatives ensuring they are aligned and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Listen to and support the customer-facing organisations to develop value added promotional concepts, game changing projects, added value tools and training to gain access to the HCPs.
• Lead development and delivery of promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation.
• Lead development of the key branding elements of positioning, vision, brand personality, value propositions and messaging.
• Manage effective agency partnerships, ensuring alignment between agencies.
• Monitor product performance, investments and the external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
• Manage brand allocated budgets. Manage ROI assessments of tactical programs monitoring and adjust on-going project investments when required.
• Develop sales forecasts with key assumptions.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional extended brand team members building alignment and commitment to the IPS and providing coaching and development as required.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Science, Marketing or Business qualification
• English and local language: fluent spoken and written
• 3-5 years field sales experience or related marketing services experience and brand management experience.
• Able to plan, develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies for on-going and new products
• Possess strong analytical, communication strategies and leadership collaborative skills.
• Willing to travel
