Job purpose:

The purpose of the Junior Market Access Manager role to support the development and delivery of NHS insight understanding, market access brand value materials, payer engagement tools and service materials across the gen med portfolio, in line with the plan timelines and budget, working with a Max Strategy Manager.
Broader Business: To start to consider the implication of NHS insights on the opportunities that might benefit Novartis brand value offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

•To work under the guidance of a Market Access Strategy Manager in the development and delivery of: NHS Insights: coordination of a programme that delivers insights and understanding, through research, customer insight and discussion to inform business thinking across the Market Access Strategy Team Brand Value proposition development & deployment
•Work with brand team and market access strategy manager to build (in house or third party support) relevant payer insights and engagement tools for PAMs.
•Responsible for the coordination and updating of all parties involved in order that project timings are adhered to.
•To ensure that delivery of the training and embedding of materials with PAMs is coordinated.
•Payer engagement: To take NHS data and develop and deliver suitable engagement material that will add value to the PAM customer call Service materials: to support the development and deployment of materials that will enable disease specific service changes to be achieved
•To coordinate the internal reporting of project milestones updates
•To ensure all associated compliance requirements and local regulations are met
•To comply with Novartis policies and procedures at all times
