Develop customer marketing programs or initiatives to service hospital and community customers.
1. Growth – Existing & New Products Includes: Substitution, Ranging and Deals (OTC)
• Effective and timely training leading to 80% plus substitution in contracted customers
• Training development and implementation via SFE
• Effective ranging of sku's in contracted customers @ 90% plus
• Recommendation, Implementation and Review of all deals put to market
• DRC approval of all new deals at least 1 month prior to implementation
2. Retention – keeping existing Sandoz contracted customers Includes: Consistent Brand Image of communications to customers & Growing Mutual Business
• Open timely and professional communications via Navigator, PBC's and KAM's • Sandoz Brand - "Why Sandoz?"
• Stickyness via "Value Added Services"
• DI Dashboard, Webcasting, Market Insights
3. Acquisition – gaining new customers
• Competitive Offer
• Novartis Molecules – Foot in the door.
Desired profile
Minimum requirements
Tertiary qualification in Business qualifications preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in product management or equivalent in Pharmacy Sales Experience
