Job Description

Set-up and operate CNC turning centers, CNC milling machine, and automatic gauging. Solve
routine operating problems. Verify product specifications and evaluate product quality.

Strict adherence to SOP's and GMP's. Ability to read and understand product specifications and documentation. Assist in maintaining of detailed product documentation and verification of applicable records. Must maintain a clean and orderly work area. Must monitor product quality during manufacturing process. Diagnose and solve routine operating problems. Place correct tooling in CNC turning center. Obtain raw material with the correct item number for that component. Load component into CNC turning center. Visually inspect component by using a microscope. Measure dimensions for correct specifications by using ram, micrometer, and automatic gauging. Adjust and maintain set up during manufacturing operations. Prepare necessary paperwork.

Ability to use and operator micrometer, auto gauges, calipers, ID micrometer, laser micrometer, hand
tools, Citizens L-Series and E-Series turning centers, CNC mill, Precision drill grinder, RAM, Spin Closing Machine

Salary Range: Min: $36800 MRP: $46000 Max: $55200

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years internal or 4 years external experience in machine operation, set-up and/or troubleshooting. Ability to read, write and speak English.
