Execute VISION CARE strategic plan within the territory with excellence, through the development of partnerships with targeted customers which facilitate the implementation of programs and strategies which assist practices in growing contact lenses and contact lens cleaning solutions businesses.

1. Develop an annual territory plan to implement company plans in your territory. 2. Work with the SFE Manager to ensure the correct categorisation of accounts is achieved and maintained for the territory based on current sales and potential, in order to maximise sales growth and market share. 3. Plan, execute and follow up customer calls using the Professional Selling Skills process (PSS), this ensuring every call makes a positive impact on the customer’s practice. 4. Ensure all products in the portfolio are promoted to meet sales targets and that all customers within the Territory are aware of the new products, programs and services which CIBA VISION offers. 5. Take the lead with targeted accounts to ensure that company plans are implemented in practice. This will include staff and optometrist training, measures etc. 6. Leverage promotional campaigns in practice that will grow the practice’s business and the CIBA VISION market share. 7. Manage inventory and trial lenses in all practices. 8. Participate actively in all sales meetings and conferences. 9. Maintain accurate weekly call reports through the Salesforce.com CRM program and submit reports by no later than Monday 11am EST following the end of each week. 10. Keep colleagues and management team aware of all market and competitive activities in their Territory. 11. Possible addition of further opportunities such as acting as the team specialist in a specific product or Key Account responsibilities
