Position Title

Supplier Warranty Engineer

Mission and Main Objectives

To become part of the TCS Europe team responsible for routine Supplier Field claim analysis, reporting and validation.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Co-ordination of Supplier field claim Investigation activities.
·  Review and approving of technical investigation reports from suppliers.
·  Co-ordination of supplier communications.
·  Supplier training and coaching to support above.

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

·  Provide support for parts investigation activities with suppliers (either at Nissan or Suppliers facility)
·  Role involves some travel to suppliers.

·  An analytical & enquiring mind with a good level of data analysis skills.
·  Confident, proactive and determined, with ability to work under pressure.
·  Ability to understand, analyse complex data, resolve queries and make decisions (within policy guidelines) with minimal supervision.
