Job Description Prior training and coaching experience in a call-center or financial environment a plus. This position negotiates resolutions for accounts that are 90-120 days past due up to repossession. Position handles escalated calls, trains, and coach customer account representatives by providing one-on-one training and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Job Knowledge and Skills: Must be able to train and coach other reps. Excellent negotiation and time management skills mandatory. Must be able to multi-task. A solid understanding of all aspects of the Siebel application. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years previous Automotive collections experience. Education: College Degree in Business or related discipline preferred, High School Diploma required. Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able and available to work up to 9:00p.m. in specified region to be considered a viable candidates for this role, and mandatory Saturdays as needed.
