We're currently looking for a Senior Consumer Collections Representative to join our team at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation in Irving , TX .

The roles and responsibilities of this position include:
·  Interacts with customers, dealers, or outside agents to resolve and respond to complex account issues.
·  Monitors agents to ensure quality service while coaching and developing agents.
·  Supports department objectives by maintaining service levels.
·  Coaches, develops and trains representatives on NMAC policies and procedures, performance and departmental performance standards.
·  Updates account information and documents all necessary information utilizing the Universal Agent System.
·  Utilizes the Consumer Communications Bulletin system for reference, and Outlook for organizational purposes and documents routing.
·  Completes waivers per authority guidelines, corrects misapplied payments, performs investigations as necessary to resolve disputes and/or inquiries, generates and completes any transactions, documents or correspondence necessary within those same guidelines.
·  As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative. Minimum Requirements :

Job Knowledge and Skill:
General knowledge of captive automobile finance sufficient to handle complex problems related to the work area. Good oral / written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Good problem solving skills.

Experience:
Four or more years of cumulative and directly related collections/customer service experience (with a minimum of 2 years of Collections).

Education:
One or two years of post-high school education. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training.

Computer Skills :
Thorough computer knowledge such as word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to resolve complex problems in day to day situations. Knowledge of lease, loan, and universal agent/collections software systems, word processing and spreadsheet applications, and telephone systems.
