Job Summary
Provide the logistical support to the Engineering Group and Maintenance Project Manager. Plans and develops schedules for the Current and New Model Projects related to the Engineering Group's activities. Updates existing and develops new AutoCAD drawings as necessary. Assists with work order requests, equipment installations and project related activities. Facilitates all work group activities to meet established quality standards and the objectives of Safety, Cost and Delivery. Interfaces with the Engineering Group Manager to coordinate daily and weekly activities and set priorities. Does not have direct reports. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
1. Job Knowledge and Skill: Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. In depth knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience with engineering and design functions. Knowledge of ISO9000 international manufacturing quality standards and ISO14001 environmental standards.
2. Experience: One to two years of related experience at a professional level.
3. Supervisory Experience: This position does not have direct reports.
4. Education: A high school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering considered a plus.
5. Computer Skills: Must have significant AutoCAD experience and be proficient in the use of MS Applications, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
