With Customer Experience ambitions, Nissan and Renault–Nissan Alliance aims to offer internet users with the best technology for their online interaction with the different Alliance brands, be it through a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet. The ambition of Customer Experience is to create a single ‘best in class' global digital platform for all brands in the Renault-Nissan Alliance and deploy it for every region and market globally.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

As Financial Controller you will be part of the Customer Experience Business Operations workstream and you will demonstrate proven capabilities in working collaboratively with different teams across the Customer Experience programme and building and enhancing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the globe.
You will be responsible for:

·  Work closely with the leadership team,key stakeholders including QMD (head office) to ensure financial governance, assurance and compliance for the Customer Experience programme
·  Works closely with leadership team and PMO team to ensure budget and financial estimates are comprehensive, accurate and recorded correctly
·  Develop a complete understanding oftheCustomer Experience programmeand their impact on Nissan Motor Corporation business at a detailed level
·  Working with NML Finance and General Managers to provide monthly P&L and transactional data
·  Provide financial analysis on monthly spend and answering any queries from NML Finance
·  Raise quarterly Intercompany invoices to NML and ensure payment process is followed
·  Posting of month end journals including income and contractor accrual
·  Review monthly contractor actuals to ensure accurate reporting

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

·  Develop and implement relevant policies and processes to improve the adequacy and efficiency of the Customer Experience programme financial processes
·  Drive regular financial reviews and reporting ensuring integrity of regular forecasts, financial performance and estimated and real variances
·  Create, develop, manage, consolidate, maintain and update various Customer Experience programme budgets and financial trackers, including tracking approval requests for all expenditure
·  Own, track and drive the funding requests approval process, seeking efficiencies where possible
·  Maintenance of the Customer Experience projects Business Cases, to ensure approved changes in programme expenditure are accurately reflected
·  Maintenance of the Customer Experience programme Recharge Model, which seeks to recoup operating expenditure from operating units around the world.
·  Work closely with leadership team and key stakeholders to ensure that change requests and their budgetary/financial impacts are accurately captured and reflected in the master plans and budget tracker
·  Keep programme leadership team and relevant key stakeholders informed of changes and update impact to budgets and forecasts
·  Work closely with relevant stakeholders to review and resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies that could affect the accuracy of forecasting
·  Provide financial support, guidance and training to team members and relevant stakeholders
·  Work closely with the Supplier / Contracts team to verify purchase orders, change requests and other documents and requests are commercially sound and aligning to Statements of Work to be delivered

·  Strong written and verbal communication and robust presentation skills (English essential, plus Japanese desired)
·  Strong analytical skills to understand/interpret and support translation of automotive customer's business needs into application and operational requirements
·  Strong problem solving skills to support creation of workable solutions to automotive business problems, ability to understand and trouble-shoot anticipated and unanticipated changes
·  Ability to liaise with stakeholders including regional/market business owners of diverse international backgrounds, core team members, executive/management, other members of core team (PMO and technology team members) and vendors (management, business analyst, UX/creative, and developers)
