We're currently looking for a Consumer Collections Representative to join our Fraud team at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation in Irving , TX .

This Customer Account Rep collects and follows-up on accounts 60-89 days past due. Contact customer for payment, find good contact information on customers that have been displaced, make repossession recommendations, follow up with repossession contractors, and adhere to call and account activity guidelines. Skip- tracing experience is required. 2+ years prior collections experience, preferably in an automotive environment is highly desired. Excellent negotiation and time management skills mandatory. Must be able to multi-task. Good computer skills needed to navigate the different Windows based systems within NMAC. Excellent written/verbal communication skills required. MUST be willing and able to work up to 8:00p.m. and on Saturdays. Candidates must be flexible to be considered. Basic computer system knowledge, call center or collections experience, problem solving skills, outstanding organization and time management, excellent written and verbal communications.
