Position Title
Admin Assistant - ALE Vehicle Logistics (Part time)
Mission and Main Objectives
A job-share opportunity has become available for an Admin Assistant within the NDS department. The job will be a 19.5 hour contract working on Wednesday 10:55am – 4:40pm, Thursday 7:55am – 4:40pm and Friday 7:55am-2:25pm.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Creation, production and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports
· Coordination of special transport bookings in line with customer needs
· Management of trial vehicle delivery schedule
· Ordering of Goods and Services – Prorex system
· Invoice processing
· Booking of Travel
· Support stock take process and perpetual inventory

Background & Experience
• GSCE level C or above in Maths, English and IT (or equivalent)
• Excellent PC skills – Microsoft Office (Access and Excel)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Flexible approach to work
• Good presentation skills
