Job description

As a Business Analyst for North America Sales & Operations Planning, you'll become a part of extensive cross-functional team driving overall financial and operational performance for the region. You will support key deliverables in the In-Season and Seasonal space for NA S&OP including monthly forecast entry, tracking monthly/quarterly/yearly activity for the NA fiscal goals, and other seasonal analytical category activities. You'll work with the S&OP Business Managers to inform risks and opportunities in the business, and help to ensure key NA Geography stakeholders are informed.

You'll create and maintain reports that help drive the business, and work with internal reporting teams to troubleshoot any data discrepancies that may arise. You'll create and maintain collaborative partnerships with Geography teams to enable you to measure performance, resolve issues, define requirements and business specifications for enhanced processes, systems, and reports, and support decision-making processes with fact-based analyses. You'll also support regular North America S&OP meetings, as well as executive and global S&OP conversations as needed. In addition, through acquired cross-functional expertise, you'll support project work, driving profitability and operational management for the Geography.

Desired profile

Requirements for the position include:

·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Logistics, Engineering or related field or an additional 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree
·  3 years' professional experience in analytics / logistics / customer service / planning / other relevant field, preferably with a large corporate entity
·  Proven track record working within a multi-team environment, including cross team calibration
·  Ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication in English.
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft Access, Cognos or Brio / Hyperion a plus. SAP and JBA experience preferred.
