As our Global Product Line Manager for Converse Cons Apparel & Tees you'll provide product line management for all facets of the product creation process.

You'll be responsible for:

· Creating insightful and impactful product briefs, analyzing consumer and competitive trends in the market.

· Spending time with consumers, geography and wholesale partners, and conduct analyses of the current business.

· Leading the line planning, pricing and product creation processes for the overall product line.

· You will establish key performance metrics and strategically utilize retail acumen, historical data, marketplace data and information, as the basis for sound decision making.

· Establish strategic Global Product direction across categories & key markets addressing optimal product flow, retail pricing, color strategy & sku investment.

· Define, refine, repeat. Right product, right place, right price, and right time. The End In Mind!

· Collaborate with the design and development teams to hit key deliverables each season, including all key meetings and creation deadlines.

· Collaborate closely with Apparel Design to drive seasonal direction and execution

· Collaborate closely with Product Developers to make informed decisions that impact the balance between design aesthetic and profitable margins

· Driving the communication with all Cross Functional Team members to ensure profitable and trend relevant product collections

· Collaborate closely with footwear PLM's to drive a cohesive merchandising strategy

· Create appropriate levels of segmentation & differentiation within Merchandise assortments to exist across channels & tiers.

· Edit product assortments to ensure amplification of key products, concepts & stories across categories with a retail end in mind.

· Identify, prioritize, resource, create strategies & actions against opportunities in the market.

· Creating impactful presentations at the appropriate gates.

· All product management, Line Plan and PLM set up, and follow up throughout the design/seasonal process in addition to communicating changes/edits along the way to all CFT's.

Desired profile

Requirements for the position include:

· Technical: Ability to create and maintain analytical management tools for business tracking, product briefing, development, merchandising, SKU performance, gross margin optimization and varied product /channel/ customer analysis.

· Communication/Language: Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with across-functional team..

· Exceptional inter-personal team alignment skills and ability to work in a cross-matrix functional capacity.

· 3-5years work experience within the global consumer goods and/or retail environment, with knowledge of or experience within graphic tees and fleece.

· Apparel System Management, PLM/ODS/SAP integration.

· Comfortable presenting to both a small and large group with an ability to influence

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in a product-related role 2years' additional experience in lieu of a degree

· General understanding of the Apparel product construction and sourcing process

· Understanding of the Skate & Street consumer and competitors is preferred (tastes, habits, preferences, interests & behaviors)

· Experience creating Skate, Lifestyle and Street-Wear apparel is preferred, but not mandatory.

· Strong analytical skills

· Good attention to detail and deadlines

· Able to conceive/create new thinking and ideas pertaining to the product and process

· Creativity and passion for product

· Strong understanding of the tee and fleece product classifications.

· Experience monitoring and understanding trends, and applying that understanding to product briefs is preferred
