Job description

As a Category Digital NIKE.COM Specialist for Nike, you'll focus on executing category strategies with our NIKE.COM and retail partners in their digital environments. You'll be responsible for the digital creation, development and experience on Nike.com and our extended retail partners by bringing the brand to life through our key product and campaign initiatives using any and all digital means, starting with Nike.com and extending to additional online sites, mobile, direct/email marketing and social communities. You'll play the vital role of managing the development of new consumer experiences as part of the Nike Digital Brand Team. You'll lead the day-to-day project activities, guiding both internal multi-disciplinary teams and agency partners to create world-class experiences. You'll be the point-person for many projects. You'll monitor performance with our partners, further providing input and opportunities for future enhancement. In addition, you'll work cross-functionally across Nike, contributing and helping to drive the experience strategy, encompassing new concepts and/or features that will lead to deeper consumer engagement.

Responsibilities include:

· Assists Digital Leaders/Brand Managers/Account Managers with the production of Nike category experiences, including gathering and organizing content, managing project plans, communicating with internal groups, defining social media connection in projects
· Nike.com content calendaring for category landing page, email and marketing communications and key account destinations.
· Asset request and management for .com storytelling
· Briefing production designers and website authors while kicking off projects
· Manages all communication threads on making assets “go live” on nike.com and key account destinations
· Works with digital buyers and account partners to ensure assets on nike.com and retail partner sites are accurate.
· Obsess linking strategy and SEO optimization for page creation onsite.
· Works with DTC web analytics and consumer knowledge to develop monthly analytic reports, fed through the digital brand specialist.

Desired profile

·  Passionate about Sport, Digital Marketing, & Social Media
·  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Design
·  3+ years' directly relevant experience as a Digital Marketer, Producer, Project Manager, or Content Producer in an agency or corporate setting
·  Demonstrated creative project management skills and the ability to lead and direct outside resources
·  Ability to manage multiple projects of various scopes and with different and converging timelines
·  Superior verbal and written communication skills that nurture the collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders
·  Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
·  Strong understanding of digital, commerce and internet concepts, including latest online community trends, user experience best practices and technology jargon
·  Ability to work in a perpetually changing environment and make creative calls as necessary
·  Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
