Position Description

When you join the Nielsen team, you're signing up for an experience that requires flexibility, curiosity, and passion. As aBASES Line & Price Associate Manager you will:

·  Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key clients by leading successful engagements for BASES Line & Price solutions
·  Ensure client objectives are achieved through consulting and subject matter expertise
·  Proactively manage clients through key project steps, helping them to achieve milestones and keep projects on track
·  Oversee the analytical and operational process to ensure analytical excellence on all projects
·  Review project storylines to ensure alignment to overall client expectations
·  Prepare and present study results to clients
·  Resolve or seek support for resolution of project issues to maintain timing and delivery standards
·  Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to analysts
·  Take on opportunities to contribute to the broader organization through task forces and special projects

General Skills

·  Ability to manage client expectations through the life-cycle of a project, ensuring client satisfaction by providing feedback, insights and updates in a timely manner
·  Drive success of projects independently
·  Strong analytical and communication skills
·  Strong client leadership skills
·  Provides meaningful coaching to junior level associates

Background and Technical Skills

·  Bachelor's Degree Required
·  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing research or a related field
·  Strong consultative and analytical skills
·  Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, project management and customer service skills
·  Coaching and Mentoring Expertise
·  Strong client/customer service, project management, organizational and multitasking skills
·  Public speaking ability
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
·  Experience with statistics, research techniques, and experimental designs -a plus
·  Google suite experience -a plus
