Data Validation Sample Maintenance Sr. Analyst/ Analyst, Workflow Reports to Workflow Manager
Execute validation and Statistical Operations processes in the country, for both regular deliveries and company projects partnering with offshore execution team (where applicable), and other E2E departments, to ensure quality and on-time delivery according to SLAs.
Job Responsibility
 Accountable for execution of the Validation and Stat Ops processes and associated project work for the country, partnered closely with offshore colleagues (where applicable)
 Works in partnership with the country E2E Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process SOPs/playbooks for Operations and associated project work
 Participates in regional/global company initiatives as required, from Enablement, BPI, Data Science, or other areas
 Production and calculation of local KPIs and development of action plans where required
 Supports the Workflow Admin to converge or leverage processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices
 Investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, and engaging Enablement for processes / methods issues
 Accountable for maintenance of country-specific documentation, as appropriate

Requirements
 B.S. or B.A., preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field
 1+ years of quantitative analysis work experience
 Working knowledge of relevant programming language and database structures
 Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
 Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
 Able to work in an individual and/or team setting
 Ability to adapt to changes in real-time, make critical decisions and ensure plans are going per schedule
 Problem solving - must be able to stay calm under pressure and look for solution of unexpected problems. Important to figure out solution quickly
 Good judgment, when it comes time to make an important decision, must be able to understand the potential costs and benefits of the choice at hand
 Excellent communication skills
 Intermediate English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region)
