OPERATIONS JR. ANALYST

Objective: Execute and maintain the operating instructions for the generation of the information of the services under a permanent supervision.

Your main responsibilities as Operations Jr. Analyst at Nielsen will be:

·  Execute scheduled activities on a daily basis
·  Report errors in production.
·  Maintain the record of the activities carried out.
·  Operate processes in accordance with established instructions and guidelines.
·  Follow the established trainings.
·  Stick to the management model defined by the operation.

·  Bachelor Degree in economic, administrative, engineering and computer careers.
·  Without experience
·  Basic English
·  Office management (intermediate Excel)
·  Ideally Google Apps
·  Service attitude and customer orientation
