Account Manager, Advertising Intelligence

DESCRIPTION

Research market changes in local, regional and national areas to determine potential leads for the Ebiquity Portfolio+ (a global advertising library and creative tracking platform) Sales team. Attend and contribute to team meetings focused on driving profile enhancement and growth for Ebiquity Portfolio+. Maintain client records in SalesForce. Serving as the primary client contact, develop and maintain strong relationships with Portfolio+ clients to foster contract renewals and upgrades. Assist with client requests, issues and training, engaging appropriate team members for additional support. Collect and analyze customer experience feedback from the client, and implement steps to ensure a positive experience. Identify and resolve issues in the client relationship, escalating the issue to the Acting Head of Advertising Intelligence where needed. Pitch the service to new users with a client organization, based on networking with existing users, and identify cross-selling opportunities within Nielsen. Collaborate with the international advertising intelligence, global sales, marketing and product development teams on the above. Involves the opportunity to telecommute from within the Chicago, IL area up to 1 day per week as feasible. Involves domestic travel, up to 4 times/year for 2 to 5 days/trip. Tools and technologies used: Salesforce.com, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SQL.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

· 
Bachelor's degree in marketing/market research, advertising, public relations, communications or a related field (foreign equivalent degree acceptable) plus 2 years of experience in client and/or account management at an advertising, marketing, public relations/communications, and/or digital media agency.

· 
· 
This must include 2 years of experience in/with:

· 
· 
· 
service pricing and client contract negotiation;

· 
using database management tools such as SQL;

· 
data manipulation;

· 
presentation of analytics results; and

· 
leveraging MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for data analytics and visualization, and Salesforce.com for client and/or account management.

· 
Must be willing to travel domestically, up to 4 times/year for 2 to 5 days/trip.
