Main Responsibilites :
Internal communications:
- Use the various communications channels to broaden internal awareness and engagement of the Business vision, objectives, core values, culture, programs, actions, results, etc.
- Write, translate, publish internal news
- Support HR in Employer Branding actions and recruitment publications
- Coordinate and deploy all internal communications regarding people and organization (Intranet, flashes, etc.)
- Deploy communications projects, aligned with the Group: Nexans Remarkable People, Values, Act, iDay, Employee Engagement, Nexans Survey, …
- Employee Engagement: aligned with HR, build and implement appropriate discussion/ tools (blogs, meetings, etc.) to listen and involve employees, to identify key issues and challenges, to build concrete action plans
- Organize internal events: teambuilding activities, family days, product launch events, etc.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Communications Management
- French / English . Dutch is an asset
- Experience with Communications software and tools
- Competencies : strong communication and listening skills, creative, proactive, agile, take responsibility and ownership, capability to work in a volatile and changing environment, project leadership skills, business acumen, writings
