We are looking for a Workplace Services Coordinator who is organized yet flexible and is enthusiastic for both the practical and creative elements of strategic workplace Operations.  This role provides the opportunity to coordinate to all aspects of our growing workplace services at Tokyo office, including but not limited to: daily food service and catering, company events, shipping and receiving. Netflix is a fast paced and demanding company that requires a special individual who is able to exercise good judgment and take fast initiative. A successful candidate will be ready to give improvement suggestions and very passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication. 
·  Be part of a workplace team supporting the  day to day running of the building and workplace services
·  Responsible for the monitoring and upkeep of constant quality at the workplace throughout the day
·  Taking morning walkthroughs of all conference rooms, phone rooms, phone booth to ensure rooms are in good condition for use, check operations of VC, phone devices
·  Work closely with administrative assistants, janitorial staff, serviced office operation team for daily coordination
·  Be the building management POC for daily operations
·  Be responsible of office facilities, air-conditioning, lightings, furniture, office equipment are well-controlled office space are well-maintained
·  Be responsible and ensure various services are in place, maintain cleanliness of each area
·  Ensure all site documentation is in place, including operations & maintenance, floor plans, and guidebooks
·  Partner with our Talent team to ensure an exceptional on-boarding experience for new hires
