Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Personnel Administration & Employee Relations Manager (maternity temporary position for 7 months, start on October 15 ) in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

·
Labour legislation monitoring.

·
Maintain and update internal PA and Employee Relations documents (Guidelines, Policies, Procedures, etc.)

·
Internal Reporting and External State Statistics Reporting

·
Control for personnel information maintaining (labour books, personnel files)

·
PA Projects Leading.

·
Civil Agreements control

·
Cooperation with NBS:

·
Support as to the PA and Employee Relations issues

·
Maintaining of the Employee Services function

·
Act as an HR Advisor for employees and Line Managers as to the Labour issues

·
Lead the CARE audit on different location

·
Being an Employee life cycle Subject Matter Expert for H2R implementation and take part in the transformation project.

·
Manage team of 2 people.

Main Requirements:

·
Practical experience in HR (preferably personnel administration) at least 3 years

·
Deep Labour legislation knowledge.

·
Deep understanding of Personnel administration processes.

· SAP HR Module experience and knowledge.
· Advanced English;
· High level of Insight and readiness to deliver results in changing environment.
·
Developed Magagement and leadership skills.
