As a Quality Management System Coordinator for the Sensory Laboratory Nespresso , your main responsibility will be to create, maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for the sensory laboratory. You will also do the administration of sensory panels and related activities together with laboratory procedures.

Frequent business trips will be required to our Headquarter at Nespresso International based in Lausanne.

Key responsibilities

· Quality management system
· renovate lab quality management system
· Ensure the integrity of the laboratory quality system management (for Audit purpose, Security & GLP)
· Maintain tracking tools and KPI's and keep procedures up to date
· Responsible for the day to day work in Romont and Lausanne
· Lab activity coordinator
· Team cohesion and coaching
· Responsible for sensory results
· Ensuring optimal lab conditions
· managing with and without authority (managing multiple team direct and indirect)
· facilitate headquarters sensory activities in multiple sensory laboratories
· Act as a Panel leader/sensory technician/coffee tasting
· animate panels - help other sensory technicians - participate to tastings
Required Profile
· HES Engineer, Technician grade, DUT or Bachelor with major in QMS methodology, food industry processes or equivalent.
· Good experience in weekly planning
· Good willingness to learn & operate in a sensory environment
· 3 years' experience with strong knowledge in tools and good laboratory Practice/ experience in a factory is a plus
· Knowledge in Coffee is a plus
· Skills in team coordination is required
· Good knowledge in Windows environment software
· Able to handle thorough preparation (meticulous, hands-on, precise to prepare Quality audits)
· At ease in Communication both oral & written.
· Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
