We are seeking for our Corporate Finance department, located in our headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, a

Hyperion Functional Administrator

Reporting to the Decision Support Manager, you will ensure availabilities of the Hyperion solution and functional support to the end-users during the reporting periods and the good use by end-users of the application. You will also be in charge of the integrity of the data and produce the recurring reporting outcome packages and analysis.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Manage Hyperion instruction preparation and communication process
· Manage rolling forecast initialization
· Conduct application set up as master data update, workflows, FX rates, interface with other applications, etc.
· Manage end-users and super-users functional helpdesk (level 1), escalate when needed to level 2
· Run sanity checks and controls
· Manage reporting production, give access to reports, communicate dashboard
· Run monthly and spot analysis
· Manage reporting evolutions and improve Hyperion solution to facilitate use
· Monitor application together with IT support
· Manage document updates: training, guidelines, etc.
· Train new users
· Involvement in ad-hoc projects
· Ad-hoc assistance to Finance Decision Support team

Profile:

· You have a degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other numeracy based degree, with at least a 6-months experience in Controlling (internship or first working experience).
· You are recognized as committed with good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize. Well organized, you have demonstrated your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Good communication skills and fluency in English are required. You are able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
· A technical background and knowledge of Hyperion, or similar BI tool required. Magnitude and M3 would be a plus.
