POSITION : Market Training Coordinator

DIVISION : Human Resources

LOCATION : HO

REPORTS TO: NiM CoC Talent Manager

Position Intro

The position is responsible to provide support to the Market Learning & Capability development community ensuring an impeccable execution of the Learning local portfolio. The role will be focused on the roll-out of all the operational and administrative processes needed for the implementation of classrooms, MOOCs, virtual learning events, workshops, etc. She/he will work in collaboration with the NiM Learning and Capability Development Manager and Specialists ensuring the end-to-end roll-out of the programs: 1) enrollment of the participants; 2) delivery of the learning solution; 3) post-evaluation of the effectiveness. The position will also collaborate with the Regional Talent CoC for the organization of "above the market" learning solutions when hosted in the Market.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with NiM Learning & Capability Development Manager and Specialists to identify the key success factors for the roll-out of their portfolio based on the selected delivery channels.
· Collaborate with NBS to ensure a smooth execution of the participant's admission process.
· Coordinate the organization of the logistics and of the technologies needed for the delivery of the local learning portfolio. Ensure the learning materials are available and distributed before, during and after the intervention.
· Coordinate the organization of the different learning sessions, providing support and administrative services to Trainers, SMEs, and external contributors.
· Support Learning & Capability Development team during the phase of roll-out of digital based learning solutions, ensuring an efficient use of the IT systems/tools and of the Learning platforms.
· Interface with the learners to inform them about all the organizational elements of their learning experience (eg. use of the technologies, logistics including meals, hotels, etc.).
· Partner with NBS to ensure the completion of the learning assessment process and collect the related data for measuring learning effectiveness.
· Support the NiM Learning & Capability Development Manager and Specialists during the phase of collection of the Market learning needs and the training budget.
· Provide data and relevant information to the Regional Learning and Capability development team to build the Regional Dashboards and measure the selected KPIs.
· Support the organization of above the market learning solutions in the Market, collaborating with the Regional Training Coordinators team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of the administrative tasks.

Key Experiences

· Strong focus on execution and delivery managing complex and multiple tasks

· Affinity to understand iLearn and K2 webforms

· Customer service driven skill set with the ability to listen and understand needs

· Effective verbal and written communications skills

· Experience in using MS office package at high level

· Understand Learning design principles

· Understand Digital learning technologies and platforms.

· Solid Xcel formulas, macros, and overall utilization competency

· Ability to network with colleagues (trainers) working in different geographical areas
· “Digital acumen”: ability to leverage the opportunities generated by the digital learning technologies
· Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders
· Working under pressure of various and sometime conflicting demands

· Arabic is a Plus
