Nestlé Nespresso S.A. pioneered the portioned coffee market to provide the very highest quality coffees that could be enjoyed in the comfort of consumers' own homes and also savoured at out-of-home locations, such as restaurants, hotels, offices and luxury retail businesses.

As a Global Supply Planner for Machines and Accessories you manage the replenishment of a variety of Nespresso products from the Suppliers to our International Distribution Centre and ultimately to the markets all over the world.
The resulting stock quantities in receiving locations must meet local demand and business expectations. Replenishment must be made in the most effective way with a total delivered cost mindset. You will also ensure freshness of inventories, track slow movers and take corrective actions in order to avoid bad goods across all locations.

· Manage weekly replenishment from the Suppliers and the International DC to markets
· Analyze and evaluate the supply plans and dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs while taking into account the network complexity and supply constraints
· Analyze exceptions and trigger decisions based on business priorities
· Consistently achieve service level expectations while managing trade-offs between product availability, product freshness/working capital and total delivered cost
· Establish stock policies for all products across all locations and maintain Master data up-to-date
· Adopt a LEAN mindset and challenge existing practices, as part of our continuous improvement journey
Education and experience
· University/Engineering degree or relevant operational experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or Project Management
· Passion for data analytics
· Strong communication skills (capability to translate complex data into business language)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), exposure to SAP is a plus
· Fluent in English, able to communicate in French, any other language is an asset
· Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work and residence permit
Show us that you have the ability to manage priorities and an unbalanced workload. To be successful, you need to think “outside of the box” and challenge the status quo. In addition, we require someone with an eye for detail and have a good level of autonomy. If your profile corresponds to the description, please apply in English at www.nestle.com/jobs .
