The Nestlé System Technology Centre (NSTC) is the Nestlé's leading competence Centre for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé beverage systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging, and products for in-home and out-of-home. This Centre is based in Switzerland.

As an extension of this Centre, we are building a new R&D Hub in Shenzhen to be closer to the Industry enabling our beverage solutions.
The aim of this Hub, is to execute beverage machine Industrialization at Asian manufacturer's partners and end to end beverage dispensers' development.
We also aim to connect with new technologies & trends of the Shenzhen innovation pool.
To complete our Machine Development Team in Shenzhen, specialised in the industrialisation of coffee machines, we are looking for an Electronic & Software Specialist for beverage dispenser .

As an Electronic & Software Specialist for beverage dispenser , you will be part of the multidisciplinary Project core team in an international environment.
Your main responsibility will be to integrate and optimize electronic development with local electronic manufacturers “EMS”. You will also be responsible to manage the development and industrialization of Electronics for beverage machines for In-Home and Out-of-Home from Specifications through all stages of Electronic development and industrialization.

Key responsibilities
· Manage the development and industrialization of electronics and software for beverage systems for In- and Out of Home channels
· Ensure proper validation of electronics according to specifications and in line with the lesson learned (Past experienced)
· Collaborate with local Asia Electronic manufacturer to insure design for manufacturing, cost optimization and reliability
· Insure PCB design for testing with manufacturer
· Interact independently with external partners and internal specialists to execute the project.
· Close collaboration with the electronics expert from NSTC Switzerland, electronic preferred designers in Switzerland and local electronic manufacturers in Asia
· Provide accurate and on-time support to local electronic manufacturers (EMS)
· Build, document knowledge and share latest trends and developments in Electronic & IOT under the leadership and direction of the NSTC Electronic Senior Specialist
· Broad understanding & experience in the field of electronic design and manufacturing
Required Profile
· Strong in English, fluent in spoken English, Mandarin native language
· Bachelor degree in Electronic /Software
· Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Mass Production (EMS electronics Manufacturer assembly Service) in the field of electronics and software for in-home electronic appliances
· Passion & fascination for Electronics and technology trends
· Highly proactive and self-starter
· Ability to work in close and efficient collaboration as member of a multidisciplinary & international team of specialists with good degree of autonomy
· Solid written and oral communication skills (including presentations)
