We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, proactive, skillful, organized, curious, open-minded person to join our CPW Team in Sofia in the position of Business Controller m/f.

In this position, you will be more of a co-pilot to the business operations. Person holding this position will be providing insight and strongly supporting a fact based decision-making process, elaborating on the business environment, data-analysis & specialist financial judgment. You will serve as a local advisor and key stakeholder for the company's local controlling operations, using your research, analysis and experience to develop tangible proposals, assist in the preparation of all key budgetary milestones and follow-ups, while collaborating effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing financial statements, activity reports and respective analysis
• Tracking Business KPIs and advising the extended commercial team & business management
• Managing the data and team responsibilities during the annual budget and respective reporting periods
• Analyzing company's sales and overall performance with a results-oriented mindset
• Presenting and supporting financial analysis to Business Management
• Communicating effectively with a broader group of stakeholders sitting in different locations across Adriatics & Bulgaria, in EUR office, and within the South-EUR Cluster team
• Ensuring compliance by correctly applying our internal and external controlling procedures, while also respecting the governance model
• Fostering a spirit of Margin Improvement and mindfulness of financial implications across the organization
• Driving continuous improvement when it comes to simplification of processes and tools

Candidate profile:

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• 3- 5 years of relevant experience in Business/ Finance/ Commercial controlling and reporting role
• Financial knowledge and ability to understand business models in FMCG industry
• Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
• Ability to multitask (day-to-day operations, as well as seeing the bigger picture), good planning & prioritization abilities
• Strong analytical skills, combined with very good communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-confident, independent , having full ownership for the job responsibilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and cross-geographies with remote colleagues; previous multi-country experience would be considered a plus
• Advanced in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of MS office (advanced Excel and Power Point)
