An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager with strong organisational abilities to step into the unique Pet Care Category.

Your Opportunity

Providing excellent grounding for an entry level marketer, this unique role offers exposure to end to end brand management, a variety of digital marketing activities, and a diverse range of marketing channels. You will have the opportunity to support the Marketing team with the current and future direction of our key brands.

You will be involved in NPD & brand building projects, monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures and competitive reviews) and the management of budgets.

Your key responsibilities will be:
· Support with development of brand & activation plans
· Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity
· Building strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, including commercial, agency partners and global marketing contacts
· Develop and implement “best in class” launches for NPD and Promotional Activations
· Management and champion of brand assets including image library, digital and global marketing
· Administration of key forms for NPD launches, purchase orders and sampling
What we are looking for in you?
You will be degree qualified (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and ideally has had one year within FMCG Marketing. Excellent communication and strong project management skills are essential and a level of digital experience will be highly regarded.

Ultimately, it will be your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that will see you succeed in the role.
