Job Description

Natixis is currently recruiting for an Equity Flow Salesperson to join our New York team.

Essential Duties:

·  Establish and/or maintain relationships with Tiers 1 and Tiers 2 Financial Institutions and Real Money managers in the US which include: hedge funds, asset managers, endowment funds, foundations, and insurance companies.
·  Market, price with trading and structuring, and transact on all Equity Derivatives (OTC or listed, vanilla or light exotic).
·  Management of client relationships, including pre- and post-trade documentation, pricing requests, secondary market.
·  Development of the light exotic product offer (options on Vix, dispersion trades on US underlying, Corridor Var Swaps, etc.)

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

·  Bachelor’s degree, graduate level degree a plus
·  Previous experience with US based hedge fund or other group of financial institutions.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
·  Full fluency in English required, bilingual in French is a plus.
·  Knowledge of derivatives exotics and complex pay-offs.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner.
·  Established track record is a must, references will be requested.
·  Effective team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
