Natixis Investment Managers (US$1 trillion AUM as of Dec 2017) is a multi-affiliate organization that offers a single point of access to 26 specialized investment firms such as Loomis Sayles, Ostrum Asset Management, Harris Associates, H2O Asset Management and Investors Mutual Limited.
The Asia Pacific Strategy and Business Planning team manages the major distribution development initiatives such as strategic partnerships and penetration of new markets/segments. It also looks after acquisition opportunities in the region with the Global Strategy team in Paris and Boston.
The team works closely with the different teams of Asia Pacific and covers Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, South East Asia and Taiwan.
Poste et missions:
As our VIE, your daily tasks will be :
- Assisting with events organization, corporate and marketing initiatives (corporate material, videos,…).
- Updating marketing collateral (event calendars).
- Assisting in coordinating branding activity in the region (advertising…).
- Assisting in all initiatives to elevate the brand linked to Social Media (LinkedIn).
- Working on digital marketing initiatives (Marketing campaigns) checking the content, testing and analyzing statistics.
- Coordinating translation work.
- Working in conjunction with the design team (based in Boston) or other Marketing teams based in London and Paris.
Profil:
- Graduated Bac + 5 Ecole de commerce / Université
- A strong interest in marketing and digital communication
- Good organizational skills
- Comfortable with social network and digital in general
- Knowledge on project management
- A proven ability to multi-task and flexibility to work on a range of projects
- Team player spirit
- Fluency in English
- Written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin would be appreciated
